The washing machine is a fundamental piece in the fruit and vegetable treatment line, we did not want to skimp on details to offer our customers a reliable, durable and functional product. Optionally. they can be manufactured with by-pass systems, placing a conveyor or roller table on the bottom depending on the specific production needs. Also, endless details differentiate them from others.

CITRUS FRUIT WASHER 
- Solenoid valve for automatic water opening and water passage detection system with visual alarm, to avoid dry work that could damage the food.
- Bearings with cast iron supports, which provide greater longevity to bearings and pinions. (Stainless Steel Optional)
- Frequency converter for speed regulation.
- Motorised fruit extractor.
- Removable trays to facilitate the cleaning work.
- Traction of the axles in two different sections for less chain wear, and prevent breakage in leading axles.
- Double bearing reinforcement at the points of greatest tension.
- Latex bars (natural and synthetic mixture as appropriate), for draining excess water.
- Consumption of electricity and water will depend on the dimensions of the machines, as there are models with widths depending on the passage of fruit, 750mm, 1000mm, 1250mm, 1500mm, 1750mm or 2000mm, as well as various lengths according to the customer’s needs.
